cancellation policy

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully require 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes to the services scheduled. If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments with Melanie M Hasson.

no call/no show

If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service scheduled. No refunds will be given or exceptions made.

Refunds & deposits

If you leave a deposit for any service, the deposit goes towards that specific date and time. The deposit is non-transferable meaning it cannot be transferred to a future appointment. If you cancel or reschedule, you will forfeit your deposit. We do not offer refunds of any kind. No exceptions.

All education ticket sales are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. Due to the limited availability of seats and the nature of these events, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations, schedule conflicts, or unforeseen circumstances.

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another student. It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to arrange any transfers, and we do not facilitate resales.
